• Liminal Tonal Audiometry
The patient’s responses are recorded according to the intensities and frequencies that are emitted from the audiometer.
• Tonal Supraliminal Audiometry
It complements the previous one when there is a hearing loss of perception and it is wanted to know if there is or not an affectation of the ciliated cells of the organ of Corti.
• Vocal Audiometry
This procedure tests the patient’s ability to understand words. The percentage of words recognized by the patient indicates their level of intelligibility..
